Led by head scout Lorne Frey, the Kelowna Rockets scouting staff has been creditted with a lot of the success of the Rockets over the years. Scouring rinks all over Western Canada and the United States the group has to be able to not only pick out talent but also character, work ethic and leadership, qualities prized by the Rockets.
