Team Canada, with Kelowna Rockets defenceman Damon Severson on the roster, bounced back after a dissappointing loss on the weekend and earned a win over the Czech Republic Monday at the World U-18 hockey championships.
Team Canada will play its final game of the preliminary round on Tuesday against the USA.
The win over the Czechs came after a 4-2 loss to Finland on the weekend and a tournament opening win over Denmark.
Canada is 2-1 so far at the event.
TSN will be brodcasting the game as well as the medal round this week.
