Kelowna won't return to Prospera Place until March 3 as it heads out for five straight road games

After Saturday's exciting Western Hockey League win, the Kelowna Rockets are hitting the road this week to start a stretch of five straight games away from Prospera Place.

The Rockets will play four games in five nights this week, beginning on Wednesday in Edmonton.

Kelowna then plays in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Calgary from Friday to Sunday before returning to B.C. where they will meet arch rival Kamloops in Kamloops on March 2 and in Kelowna on March 3.

The Rockets are still sitting comfortably in sixth place in the WHL Western Conference.

At 25-27-3-5 they are 16 points ahead of seventh place Seattle and 13 behind 5th place Spokane.
